Fantastic Photos – Profit to Pit Run
Posted by pitrun09 on May 13, 2009
Superb photos were kindly taken on the day by Harrold resident Laurie Moore which really capture the spirit and atmosphere of the day.
If you live in Harrold, you may have seen the large panoramic photos in the Co-Op or on the Butchers’ window.
You can view the photos and purchase them – all profits go to the Pit Run, so we would encourage you to fill your scrapbook up.
Many thanks to Laurie for an excellent job and great gesture.

We had a professional sports photographer shoot all the races, and over 500 photos are now available to view online.
They look fantastic and can be purchased as a digital download or printed right up to poster size!
Please purchase a photo if you would like to see the event photographed again in future.
Click the link below to checkout the photos.
Equally impressive were photos taken around the green by Laurie Moore which we will hopefully provide a link to shortly.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR RUNNERS
Posted by pitrun09 on April 22, 2009
This section tells you what to do if you want to run in the Pit Run, and if you’ve registered online.
If you’ve registered online:
Either:
1. Pick up your race number at Harrold Centre on Friday evening between 7pm-9pm. You’ll need to let us know how much money you’ve raised, and which charity you’re running for.
2. Pick up your race number at Harrold centre on Saturday morning between 10-12. You’ll need to let us know how much money you’ve raised, and which charity you’re running for.
If you want to register on the day
First off, please be patient with the guys running registration! It takes a while to key in everyone’s information and we don’t want to get it wrong!
You can turn up at Harrold Centre on Friday evening between 7-9 pm or Saturday morning between 9-12 (busy!)
We strongly advise registering online beforehand to ease the delay.

Volunteers Still Needed
Posted by dubya8 on April 16, 2009
As the Pit Run grows and becomes a more successful event year on year, so it’s logistics and event management become more critical.
The single biggest factor in holding a successful event like this is in having volunteers willing to help out for a couple of hours on the day.
If you are able to help out in any way then please get in contact via the feedback form or by emailing: info@pit-run.co.uk
